Q: How much does it cost to groom my
dog?
A: Prices vary by breed and size. We will be happy to give you a
free estimate. Also, our grooming fee includes many services that
you pay extra for at other places.
Q: How long does the grooming take?
A: You drop your dog off between 7:00 and 8:30 the morning of your
appointment. At that time we will work with you to accomodate your
schedule. Normally, we call you when your dog is ready to be picked
up (usually mid-afternoon), or you can pick your dog up after work
before 6:00 p.m.
Q: Do I need an appointment or may I
just walk in?
A: You may walk in between 10 a.m. and 2:00 p.m if you want your pet
neatened or his nails or anal glands done. However, if you want a
full grooming, you will need to schedule an appointment. If you want
your pet groomed for the holidays, it is a good idea to make the
appointment well in advance.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: We offer discounts to preferred clients who pre-book appointments
every four to six weeks. We also offer a discount if you refer a
customer to us.
